All of my walkway is now melted - with no shoveling, hooray!
1. Get more sleep. Left without an alarm clock, I will sleep for 9-10 hours at night. To get up at 5:30, I'd have to be getting to bed around 8:00pm on weeknights, so that seems a little much! I will shoot for 7-8 hours though.
2. Be more consistent with weekly runs. I was great with my long runs during half marathon training, but I really wasn't consistent with runs during the week. I'd like to do more interval work to get faster. I'm going to tweak my race plans a little too to go along with this goal. I'm going to write a little more about those plans tomorrow!
3. Stop spending so many calories on empty food. I eat 1500-1600 calories a day, and a lot of days I end up eating 300-400 of those calories in things like chocolate and cookies. A treat each day isn't bad, but I need to make better treat choices. A gluten, dairy, egg free cookie recipe is coming in a post on Friday! (and it tastes AWESOME!)
Also, those 2.5 pounds I gained last week? Gone! Plus another 0.9! I'm now just .6 away from 75 pounds! Hooray!!!
