
This month's What I Ate Wednesday theme is GREEN foods! I love me some green food! Here are some of my green samplings from this week:
Shamrock Shake from Skinnytaste - 130 calories of awesome!
Salmon with mango jasmine rice, and a side of green veggies! (edamame and broccoli)
Trader Joe's mahi mahi burger (topped with pineapple salsa and Swiss), a side of lentils and kale
Chia pasta with roasted tomato sauce that I loaded up with green peppers and mushrooms!
Salads in a jar for the week! (this combo has roasted red pepper dressing, TJ's lentils, goat cheese, chicken, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, baby romaine, baby kale, and baby spinach)
Yum!! I try to have green at every meal. Spinach in my breakfast smoothie, salad for lunch, and green veggies with dinner. I love it because you get a lot of nutrition, plus you can have a large serving for only a small amount of calories! Total bang for your buck!
