

Breakfast:
1 egg on top of 1/2 an Ezekiel English muffin topped with 2 tsp strawberry jelly (sounds weird, but it's delicious!)
1 cup grapes and cherries
Iced coffee (I use this cold brew method)

Snack
Vanilla Almond Crunch Quest Bar

Lunch
This was sort of lunch...I was out running errands and got home later than "lunch time"
-Chocolate Vega One shake
-mango/peach/raspberries

Dinner
-Salmon with peach and teriyaki glaze (1 tsp each honey and maple syrup mixed with this blend)
-baked sweet potato
-sliced tomato

Dessert
This "volume ice cream" (basically frozen coconut milk)
